Coratella and trippa are our strong dishes, genuine flavours as at one time; but there are also special dishes such as pasta dishes with game sauce or with porcino mushrooms...


Our dishes

First courses
To the abundant portions of our pasta dishes adds the freshness of the products and their specialties. An example are the ravioli stuffed with taleggio cheese and speck, Bucatini all'Amatriciana or Pappardelle al Cinghiale.


Appetizers and side dishes
From the classic Italian Appetizer and the Porchetta of Ariccia can also enjoy seasonal grilled vegetables or Cicoria ripassata until Prosciutto and melone and taste of Mozzarella and Ricotta di Bufala Campana and finally can not miss the excellent game meats like Prosciutto di Cinghiale in proper season.


Main courses
By rustic Trippa alla Romana and Coratella, you'll also get the excellent Pollo or Coniglio alla Cacciatoria, a selected Abbacchio alla griglia, and in the proper season cannot fail roast Porcino Mushrooms, Cinghiale alla Cacciatora, Cervo and Fagiano with white wine.


It starts from the classic Ciambellina al Vino of Castelli, panna cotta of own production, made with the finest ingredients, cakes of all kinds, chance to taste some Neapolitan pastry specialities such as the famous Babà or Delizia al Limone, and cannot miss the delicious Strawberries of Nemi with cream in proper season, a real treat for the palate.
